•          Reviews and recommends class schedules and teaching assignments in consultation with faculty and within the procedures established by the discipline

•          Coordinates outcomes assessment by collecting appropriate data/documents

•          Serves as a resource person for faculty and their Director

•          Collects data and submits the ICCB Program Review report to Director

•          Convenes and conducts at least one department meeting per semester, follows through with action items and provides Director with the minutes of the meeting

Responsibilities included supervising Fitness, Wellness, and Sport full and part-time staff, working closely with Chief Academic Officer on the transition of Physical Education academic area with the college intercollegiate athletic programs into the new Division of Fitness, Wellness, and Sport.   Responsibilities also included supervising the Rock Valley College Physical Education Center (PEC), programs within the PEC, and scheduling of the PEC.

Responsibilities include the complete coordination, administration and implementation of Federal Grant that provides summer sport and educational opportunities for low-income youth.

Coordinated recruiting of Southern Illinois Community Colleges, in charge of pitchers and strength and conditioning of team.

Provide education regarding a variety of drug, tobacco, and alcohol issues.

Facility Supervisor/Program Manager: (1989-1990)

Duis Recreation Center).

Managed a multi-dimensional sport and recreation center that contained two basketball courts, 50-meter swimming pool, Diving Well, Strength and Resistance Room, Racquetball court, and Multi-purpose area.  Supervision included 2 full-time employees, 8 part-time staff, and numerous volunteers.   Responsibilities also included oversight of adult basketball league, youth flag football, Duis Center Early Childhood Program, Duis Center Aquatics Program, Westwood Baseball/Softball Training Center, and Duis Center Environmental Biology Program.
